Artist Bio

Jimmy Mathew is a noted self-taught Indian visual artist based in Dubai, known for his distinctive works in Acrylic, Oil, and Charcoal. His style spans abstract, contemporary, minimalist, and modern art, with a strong focus on creating pieces that harmonize with residential and commercial interior spaces—including homes, hotels, apartments, resorts, and personal collections.

With a career spanning over a decade, Jimmy has completed more than 100 art projects across India. His work has been widely recognized and featured in major national publications such as The Hindu, The Indian Express, The Times of India, and Malayala Manorama. He also collaborated with globally renowned artists during the inaugural Kochi-Muziris Biennale in 2012, one of the most significant events in Indian contemporary art.

Jimmy has showcased his art in several exhibitions, both solo and group, and continues to build a strong presence in the art world. Now based in Dubai, he is expanding his international practice, creating impactful, space-conscious artworks that bring emotional depth and visual harmony to curated interiors and private collections.
